Privacy

What Grid Learnings holds about you, who helps us run the site, and the choices you have. Short, because we hold little.

What we hold

• Your account: name, email address and mobile number. Your password is stored only as a hash — we cannot read it.
• Your purchases: the course, the amount paid, and Razorpay's payment reference.
• Your exam attempts and answers, and — if you pass — your certificate: name, course, date and score, shown to anyone who has its link or QR code.
• Where you're signed in: a label for each browser (like "Chrome on Windows") and when it was last used. You can see and remove these in My Account.
• Questions you send through Ask Your Doubt, and reviews you write.

Your account and password

Your account and password are created on our server, and the password is never stored as plain text — only as a hash, which cannot be read back. When you create an account we send a 6-digit code to your mobile number, to check the number is really yours.

Cookies

One cookie, which signs you in. No advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, nothing that follows you anywhere else.

Your choices

Write to customercare@gridlearnings.com to see or correct what we hold about you. Records of purchases are kept.

We never sell your details, to anyone.
