The terms every learner accepts before paying — the same clauses, word for word, that the checkout shows. Written to be read in about ninety seconds.
Your payment covers the single course shown on this screen and nothing else — the lessons of a course you have not bought stay closed to you. Today Excel is the only course on sale; Google Sheets and Power BI are marked Coming Soon, and each will be its own purchase when it opens.

Grid Learnings teaches these tools but is not made, run, sponsored, or endorsed by Microsoft — nothing on this site is official Microsoft software. The Excel-like screens you practice on are our own independent recreation, built for teaching, not the real application.
You are welcome to buy another course whenever one opens. You will not need a new account — sign in as usual, choose the course, and pay for it the same way. What you cannot do is buy the same course twice; checkout will tell you that you already own it.
You pay once, and nothing renews. There is no plan behind it and no auto-debit mandate, so nothing can be taken from you again unless you go through checkout again yourself. There is no expiry date on your course either — nothing counts down and nothing switches your access off — but we are not promising a fixed number of years, so treat it as access for as long as Grid Learnings runs the course.
Your account can be signed in on two browsers at once. Each browser counts on its own — a private window, or a second browser on the same laptop, takes another place. Signing out gives your place back, and you can also remove a device you no longer have under Where you're signed in in My Account.
Keep your password to yourself. Anyone who has it can sign in, take one of your two places, and see what devices are on your account and when each was last used. Lesson videos are not handed over as files: the player fetches a private link that stops working a few hours later. Nothing stops that link being passed on while it is still live, so please don't.
You can sit the exam as often as you like until you pass — no time limit, no waiting period, no extra charge. Each sitting is marked on its own; scores from different attempts are never added together, and a retry deliberately repeats the questions you got wrong. We set the pass mark and can change it, but the mark in force when you hand your paper in is the one recorded against that attempt.
The certificate is earned by passing the final exam and by nothing else — finishing the lessons does not issue one, and neither does asking. Once you have passed, that course's exam closes on your account.
The certificate carries the name you typed when you created your account, copied onto it the moment you pass. That name cannot be edited anywhere on the site, before the exam or after, so please type it carefully at signup. The certificate lives on your certificate page, where you can download or print it — or have it emailed to your registered address whenever you need a copy.
The QR code and link on your certificate open a public page showing your name, the course, the date, the certificate number, and — where we still hold the sitting on record — your score and a breakdown by skill area. Your email address and phone number are never shown. If a certificate was issued in error or obtained unfairly we can withdraw it, and that page then says so, with the date and the reason.
Payment is in Indian rupees through Razorpay. Your card details go straight to Razorpay — this site never sees or stores them, and never asks Razorpay to keep a card on file for us. What you are charged and what you receive are both taken from the order Razorpay is holding, not from your browser. You need a verified mobile number before you can pay.
Now and then a payment is taken and the confirmation never reaches us — a closed tab, or a dropped connection on the walk back from your UPI app. Your access arrives by two independent routes to make that rare, but if you have been charged and your course has not opened, write to customercare@gridlearnings.com with the payment reference and we will put it right by hand.
We can change prices, sale discounts and referral amounts at any time. A change never touches a purchase already made — the amount you actually paid is recorded on your purchase and stays there.
To run the site we pass your details to others: Razorpay, which receives your name, email and mobile number to take the payment; our mail provider, to send verification codes and our replies; and Anthropic's Claude, which reads your name and any question you send through Ask Your Doubt. If the question is about the course, Claude writes the answer you see, straight away and without a person reading it — the page tells you when an answer came from the tutor. Anything else — payment, your account, a complaint — Claude is not allowed to answer, and it goes to a person along with your name and email.
