Refunds & Cancellations

A course is a single one-time payment. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel — and once your course opens, the purchase is final.

Purchases are final

When your payment is confirmed, the full course opens on your account at once. Because everything it contains is available from that moment, we do not offer refunds on a course that has opened.

Nothing recurs

You pay once. There is no plan, no renewal and no auto-debit, so there is no subscription to cancel and no future charge to stop.

If something goes wrong with a payment

Two situations are put right without argument:

• You were charged and your course did not open — a closed tab or a dropped connection on the way back from your payment app. Write to us with the payment reference; we open the course, or return that charge.
• You were charged twice for the same course. The duplicate is returned.

Any money we return goes back to the payment method you paid with.
